Each LENS offering is crafted with intention. Our approach to returns and cancellations reflects the same care.

Digital products

LENS Workbook, LENS Notes and LENS Reset are digital products. Due to their nature, all sales are final once access has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue, please write to us and we will make it right.

1:1 sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the confirmed time at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Live events

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date. Between 14 and 7 days, a 50% refund applies. Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
